Türkiye And Oman Signed Memorandum Of Understanding In Field Of Economics

The Minister of Finance and Treasury of Turkey Mehmet Shimshki said that following the meeting of the joint economic commission of Turkey and Oman, a memorandum of understanding was signed, which is a road map in many areas, in particular trade, investment, industry, tourism, transport and agriculture .

Minister Shimshka wrote on a social network about the results of his trip to Oman.

According to the minister, at a meeting of the joint Turkish-Oman economic commission, the issues of trade, investment, industry, tourism, transport and agriculture were considered. According to the results of negotiations, the parties signed a memorandum of understanding:

“We agreed to accelerate the planned free trade agreement between Turkey and the Council of Cooperation of the Persian Gulf countries. We also held productive meetings with representatives of the private sector of both countries to evaluate investment and trade opportunities,” Mehmet Shimshka emphasized.
