Türkiye And Senegal Signed An Agreement On Energy, Oil And Natural Gas

Türkiye signed an agreement with the Senegal in the field of energy, oil and natural gas.

According to the written statement of the Ministry, over the past year, Türkiye has activated its energy diplomacy with African countries.

In this direction, Turkey reached strategic agreements with Niger, Egypt, Somalia, Morocco and Algeria in the field of energy and mining industry, and Senegal was the last link in Turkey in the field of energy.

During the official visit of the President of Senegal, Basser Diomaye Diahara Faye to Ankara, many agreements have been signed between the two countries.

Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey Alparslan Bayractar and Foreign Minister Senegal Yassin Fallus signed “Memorandum of understanding in the field of energy and hydrocarbons between the government of the Turkish Republic and the Government of the Republic of Senegal.
