Earlier today, as a result of a car hit a crowd on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, according to preliminary data, 10 people were killed, another 35 were injured.
The US Federal Bureau of Investigations confirmed the death of a suspect in an attack on people in New Orleans during a shootout with police officers.
The department called the incident “Act of terrorism”.
“We work with our partners to investigate this as an act of terrorism,” the Bureau reported.
