The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decision on the creation of a commission on the development of the concept of the formation of a national digital network not connected by the Internet, Turkmen media write.
In accordance with this, the composition of the commission is approved, which will have to take system measures aimed at creating an autonomous national digital network.
