Turnover between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan has exceeded $ 17 million since beginning of year

The turnover between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan in the first half of 2023 increased by more than 4 times, exceeding $ 17 million.

As the IA Kabar reports, about this at the V meeting of the Kyrgyz-Azerbaijan Inter-government Commission for Economic and Humanitarian Cooperation was reported by the Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Akhmedov.

Akhmedov noted that this indicator exceeded the Dopandemic period.

“The dynamics of the increase in trade this year allows us to say that we can reach higher indicators. In the first half of the year, mutual trade has grown more than 4 times, exceeding $ 17 million,” he said.

According to him, the turnover between the two countries in 2022 increased by 19 percent and amounted to $ 10.8 million.

Akhmedov added that the Azerbaijani side is completely open to fruitful dialogue and solving joint problems along the entire agenda of bilateral ties in the spirit of friendship, fraternity and strategic partnership.
