Two people died and 24 were injured as a result of an explosion of a bomb in a police station in the south of Colombia.
The authorities said that a homemade explosive device installed on a motorcycle left in front of the police station exploded in the city of La Plata in the administrative region of Will.
As a result of the incident, 2 people were killed, 24 people were injured. After the attack in the region, a large number of military were sent.
The Minister of Defense of Colombia Pedro Sanchez Suarez, in his publication on the social network, X said that the attack was committed by opposition groups related to the former revolutionary armed forces of Colombia (Farc).
emphasizing that the attack will not remain unpunished, Suarez said: “Farc dissidents testify to drug trafficking and terrorism. These groups opposed a peace agreement in 2016 again showed that they refuse to participate in the full world, killing women, recruiting children and terrorizing the population.”
The state governor Will Rodrigo Willba in his statement on the website of X condemned the attack and expressed condolences to the families of the dead.
