Two strategic missile carriers Tu-95ms performed a planned flight over the neutral waters of the Bering Sea near the west coast of Alaska. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
“The flight duration was more than 11 hours. Fighter support was provided by the crews of the Su-35s and Su-30SM aircraft,” the report said.
All flights are carried out in strict accordance with the international rules for using airspace, ”the Russian department noted.
