The Ukrainian authorities declared the mandatory evacuation of the civilian population from the city of Kupyansk Kharkov region, as well as from three neighboring front -line regions – Kondrashovka, Petropavlovka and Kurilovka.
According to the head of the military administration of the region Oleg Sinegubov, this decision is caused by the “worsening of the military situation.”
Sinegubov also explained that the authorities “cannot ensure the conduct of the heating season, the supply of electricity, the provision of humanitarian aid, since the enemy firulates critical infrastructure, the restoration of which is now impossible”.
