As a result of missile strikes inflicted by Russian troops in 10 regions of Ukraine on October 31, 18 energy infrastructure facilities were injured. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal, writes Deutsche Welle.
In particular, objects were injured in Kyiv and Kyiv region, Zaporozhye, Dnieper, Pavlograd, Kharkov, in Bukovina, Cherkasy and Kirovograd regions. Many cities were completely or partially left without electricity and water. In total, air anxiety was declared in the Ukrainian capital and 12 regions of the country.
