The European Union did not impose sanctions against Belarus because of the request of Ukraine, Rikardi Yozvyaka, correspondent of Radio Liberty, reports on his Twitter.
“One of the reasons why Belarus did not fall under sanctions with Russia in the latest sanctions packages is that Ukraine asked not to include Minsk there,” the journalist wrote.
Recall that the new tenth package of sanctions against Russia in the European Union wants to approve the Ukraine-Es summit, planned at the beginning of February.
