The commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, Viktor Sokolov, was killed as a result of a strike on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet on September 22, they say in Ukraine.
The forces of special operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine say that as a result of the defeat of the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, 34 officers were killed in the occupied Sevastopol, including the commander of the Black Sea Fleet.
“After the defeat of the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet, 34 officers died, among them the commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation. Another 105 invaders were injured. The staff of the headquarters is not subject to restoration.” – says in the statement of the department.
The forces of special operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also published updated information on the blows on the landing ship Minsk on the night of September 13.
“Given the fact that the BDK” Minsk “was supposed to reach combat duty the next day, the personnel were present at the BDK. The irretrievable losses amounted to 62 occupiers,” the statement said.
Russian Black Sea Fleet, Viktor Sokolov, was appointed to this position in August 2022.
