From January 1, the new, 2022, the law entered into force, which prohibits the access to Russian courts into the inner waters of Ukraine. The relevant document is published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.
The law adopted by the Ukrainian Parliament last December prohibits the courts under the flag of the Russian Federation transportation of passengers and goods in international flights between the river ports. A similar prohibition is introduced with respect to coaster flights in the inner waters of the country.
