“Ukraine confirms participation in a four -sided meeting on the” grain corridor “, which will be held on July 13 in Istanbul.” This was announced in an interview with RBC-Ukraine by the speaker of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Oleg Nikolenko.
In particular, he clarified that Kyiv is for ensuring that the issue of unlocking the export of Ukrainian grain is solved under the auspices of the UN.
“In this context, we are grateful to the Secretary General of Antoniu Gutherrish for the active efforts to find a solution that ensures the safety of the southern regions of our state,” Nikolenko said.
According to him, on July 13, a four -sided meeting is planned in Istanbul with the participation of experts of Ukraine, the UN, Turkey and Russia. The modality of the work of sea corridors for grain export will be discussed.
“In this case, the key element of the position of the Ukrainian side will remain security issues,” Nikolenko added.
