Ukraine denies: We did not refuse negotiations

“Ukraine did not refuse negotiations with Russia.” This was stated by the adviser to the head of the president of Ukraine, Mikhail Podolyak, reports RBC.

According to him, Ukraine did not refuse precisely from negotiations that were not yet.

“Ukraine and President Zelensky categorically refuses any unacceptable conditions or ultimate demands of the Russian side,” said Pretchers.

He added that the Ukrainian side had already carefully worked out their negotiating positions.

Previously today, the spokesman for the Russian president Dmitry Peskov said that on February 25, Vladimir Putin gave the forces of a special military operation order to stop the offensive, as negotiations were expected with the Ukrainian side. According to Peskov, Kyiv did not respond to the offer after which Putin gave an order to resume the offensive.
