Ukraine: for pro -Russian posts, court ordered man to read book

In Odessa, the court sentenced a man who, in his social networks, called for the overthrow of the constitutional system, and also encroached on the territorial integrity of Ukraine. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the unified state register of court decisions.

A man on the Sotsa “Odnoklassniki” published articles in which he called for rallies to overthrow the current government, and also described a number of southern and eastern regions of Ukraine as part of the Russian Federation.

The man also published the relevant images in which these regions were part of Russia.

For such actions, the court sentenced the man a punishment in the form of a two -year trial period. During him, the convict must regularly appear to the relevant authorities and read the book “History of Ukraine-Russian” Mikhail Grushevsky.
