Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Alexei Danilov, said that the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky personally controls the issue of counteracting the supply of weapons to Russia, the Ukrainian media write.
“Kyiv is working to interfere with the strengthening of Russia,” Danilov said on the air of the National Telemerathon.
According to him, Iran’s question now remains on the agenda and “certain processes, certain negotiations are underway.”
“Everyone who should deal with this issue is working. This issue is in control of the president,” Danilov assured, adding that Ukraine decided to wait until Iran would voice its position.
The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council emphasized that Iran is waiting for even greater problems in the international arena if his power does not stop supplying weapons in the Russian Federation.
Earlier, Zelensky said that he does not trust the authorities of Iran, who denies the supply of drones-Kamikadze and missiles for the Russian occupation army. He noted that the official Tehran was not the first time caught on lies during communication with Kyiv.
