The Russian army fired at the Ukrainian city of Nikolaev in the morning of September 13, at least four people were killed. It is already known about three victims due to a rocket in a high-rise building and another deceased-due to the shelling of a rescue station, local media write.
The Sumy region was also shelling, the head of the regional administration Dmitry Zhivitsky said.
