Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine Irina Vereshchuk called on residents of the occupied Kherson region to leave the region, which Russians allow, in particular through the occupied Crimea. Vereshchuk said this at a briefing, reports Ukrinform.
According to Deputy Prime Minister, residents of the Kherson region, especially those who have children, should not abandon the possibilities for departure that the Russians provide them because this will accelerate the discovery of the region with the Ukrainian army.
“Please leave, because our army will be sure to de -USE. Our will is to do unshakable. And it will be very difficult to open the humanitarian corridor later when there are children … We will know that there are children and we will be there powerless, and I really don’t want to. Believe me, the de -Ukrainian will be very fast. The counterattack will certainly be, ”said Vereshchuk.
At the same time, she called on to take advantage of the temporarily occupied Crimea, issued for this invaders with “fake” documents and assured that the Ukrainian authorities would not be punished for this.
“They will not violate the law if they leave through the temporarily occupied Crimea. We know that it is today – almost the only humanitarian corridor, if it can be called that you can leave. Therefore, if possible, leave, especially, especially with children. As soon as you fall into the territory of third countries – the European Union or someone else – contact any consulate or find the opportunity to call us. Even without documents you will be let out. If necessary, we will make documents, transfer to the consulate, where You will be, ”Vereshchuk added.
