The head of the organized criminal group, who nearly, Ivan Neparatov, convicted of murders and robberies, posthumously received a medal “For Courage” from the President of the Russian Federation for participation in the war in Ukraine. Neparates died on August 5 in the city of Artemovsk, Donetsk region. The cause of death is “a gunshot explosive fragmentation penetrating through a head.” In addition to the medal “For Courage”, it was posthumously awarded the medal and orders “For the blood and courage” of the leadership of the so -called “LDR”.
Prior to sending to the war, the convict served a sentence in a maximum security IR, until the end of the term he had to sit for 13 years. As indicated by The Insider, the man in the 2000s was the leader of the gang in the Sergius-Posad district of the Moscow Region. In July 2013, he and the members of the organized crime group were found guilty of five murders, three robberies, extortion, fraud, illegal storage of weapons and other crimes. Neparates received 25 years in prison and was supposed to be released only by 2038.
