In Ukraine, a criminal case was opened against a Russian businessman and founder of a private military company (PMC) Vagner Evgenia Prigozhin.
This was reported in the Telegram channel of the office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
The department clarified that Prigozhin is suspected of committing crimes under the third part of Article 110 (“Acting on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine”) and part of the second article 437 (“Furple the Aggressive War”) of the Criminal Code.
The office added that at the moment, the department’s employees have already interrogated two Wagner PMC fighters located in the European Union.
there also announced the continuation of the verification of involvement in the activities of the PMC of another fighter in Norway.
