Ukraine received a grant of $ 3.9 billion from the United States through the World Bank. This was announced in social networks by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal.
According to him, funds will be aimed at paying salaries of teachers, doctors and rescuers.
Shmygal added that Ukraine should receive 7.8 billion dollars of direct budgetary assistance from Washington in 2024.
The head of government expressed gratitude to Congress and the US administration for the support provided by Kyiv.
