Russian troops struck a ballistic missile in the city of Izum in the Kharkov region. This was announced by the chairman of the Kharkov Regional Military Administration (Ova) Oleg Sinegubov in Telegram.
According to him, as a result of the attack, five people died, over 20 people were injured.
The head of the ova added that all emergency services work at the site of the shelling.
Subsequently, the official clarified, the blow fell on the administrative building in the central part of the city.
