for today, one of the power units of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant is in a state of “hot stop”. He continues to pose an increased danger in the event of a terrorist attack of the Russian Armed Forces.
This was said by the representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andrei Yusov on the telemarathon.
He noted that other power units of ZAES are in a state of “cold stop”.
Yusov recalled that on July 8, Ukrainian intelligence published a map of mine-explosive barriers that are located on the territory of the ZAES Russia.
The representative of the GUR emphasized that while the object is in the hands of Russia, the danger remains.
“But Ukraine, the Security and Defense Sector, our diplomacy, and the military -political leadership take public and not public measures in order to influence a reduction in the level of danger,” he said.
