Kiev Court of Appeal on December 6 allowed to delay the former prosecutor of Crimea Natalia Poklonskaya. As reported on the site of the court, in September of this year, the Shevchenkovsky District Court rejected the petition of the office of the Attorney General, but now the appeal canceled this decision.
This gives the right to delay Poklonskaya to deliver it to the court for election of preventive measure in the form of detention.
Poklonskaya is suspected of actions to seize the state-owned (part 4 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Procedure), encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine (part 4 of Art. 28, Part 3 of Art. 110 of the Criminal Code, State treason (part 1 of article 111 of the Criminal Code), as well as in the creation and participation in a criminal organization (part 1 of article 255 of the Criminal Code).
