Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov filed a lawsuit against Russia to the European Court of Human Rights in order to receive compensation for gross violations of his property rights during the unproved military aggression of Russia against Ukraine, the SCM company said in a press release. Akhmetov also asked the court in Strasbourg to take urgent measures against Russia to prevent “further blockade, looting, flows redirecting and the destruction of grain and steel made by SCM enterprises”.
