Mongolia and Japan confirmed the commitment of further activation of mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation. The Foreign Minister of Mongolia Batmunhiin Batzesze paid a courtesy visit to the Prime Minister of Japan Siger Isib.
According to the press service of the Mongol Foreign Ministry, Batzesg emphasized that Mongolia attaches special importance to the development of friendly relations and cooperation with Japan – an important “third neighbor” and a reliable partner sharing democratic values.
The diplomat expressed sincere gratitude to the Japanese government and people for their consistent support, as well as for a significant contribution to strengthening democracy in Mongolia and promoting its sustainable socio-economic development.
The parties praised the deepening of “relations oriented” within the framework of the “special strategic partnership for the sake of peace and prosperity” and noted the growth of political confidence at the highest level.
It was also confirmed by the intention to expand bilateral visits and dialogue at all levels, to activate trade and economic cooperation, attract investments and develop close interaction in various fields.
