The UN International Court in Hague will announce its decision on the claim of Azerbaijan against Armenia in connection with the violation of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination on December 7, the court reports.
In the information on the site, it is said that the decision will be read by the Chairman of the Court, the judge of Joan E.Donahu. In connection with the pandemic in the meeting room, only members of the court and representatives of the member states will be present.
Azerbaijan on September 24 filed a lawsuit on Armenia. In his claim, Azerbaijan stated that “Armenia participated and continues to participate in a number of discriminatory actions against Azerbaijanis on the basis of their national or ethnic origin.”
In October, two-day hearings were held at the International Court of Association of Azerbaijan against Armenia in connection with the violation of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
