The official representative of the United Nations, Stefan Duzharrick, the organization’s Secretary General said that the organization did not participate in the export of the Ukrainian military from the Azovstal plant in Mariupol, and the treatment of all prisoners must comply with international law. It is reported by TASS.
“As I understand it, this was the result of an agreement between the two parties. We did not participate in this. We, in principle, said that with all the military, detained by the opposite side, it is necessary to treat in accordance with the established international law,” Dyuzharrik said.
