The UN Secretary General Antoniu Guterres is concerned about the escalation of tension on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border. This was announced by Report by its representative Stefan Duzharrick.
According to him, the Secretary General calls the parties to take immediate steps to decal tension, show maximum restraint and resolve all existing issues using dialogue in the corresponding formats.
“He also calls on the parties to adhere to previously concluded agreements. The General Secretary expresses his support to all current intermediary efforts in the region,” said S. Dyuzharrick.
