The European Union included new employees in sanction lists in Ukraine, another 26 individuals and one company entered the list. The document was published in the official EU magazine, the decision came into force, RIA Novosti reports.
In the list, along with other officials and military, the deputy commander of the Southern Military District of the Army Army Rustam Muradov.
Recall that Rustam Muradov completed its mission as commander of the Russian Federation in Karabakh on September 6 last year. Muradov was appointed commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent after the conflict in the fall of 2020. On January 11, 2022, the Russian peacekeeping contingent was temporarily placed in Karabakh headed Major General Andrei Volkov.
