The Congress of the United States submitted bills on the recognition of Russia by the Sponsor of Terrorism, and its actions in Ukraine – genocide, said Senior Advisor to Congress Paul Massaro on Twitter.
According to him, two projects were introduced at once by Senator Lindsay Graham and the congressman Ted Liu. The project to recognize Russia’s actions in Ukraine was introduced by the Congressman Steve Cohen.
Recall, on September 7, the President of the United States Joe Biden said that his administration does not plan to enter Russia on the list of terrorism sponsoring states, as this is ineffective for holding Russia to justice.
