The US special representative for Iran Robert Mally announced the possibility of “limited lifting sanctions” against Tehran to encourage his steps to abandon the nuclear program. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
“We, like our European partners, are convinced that we can provide limited relief of sanctions in order for Iran to take important steps to turn and limit our nuclear program,” Malli said at the hearing in the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs deeds.
According to him, the United States and the EU may “continue to use the remaining sanctions and other tools at our disposal to provide pressure and aiming at other dangerous actions (Iran)”.
