The US Administration discusses with the Israeli authorities and other countries possible further steps in case of failure of negotiations in Vienna on the Iranian nuclear program, said the spokesman for the White House Jen Psaka.
“We, of course, share the deep concern of our Israeli partners regarding the continuation of Iran’s work on our nuclear program after the release of the previous administration from the joint comprehensive plan of action,” said Psaki, recalling the US President Joe Biden previously instructed the assistants to prepare a number opportunities “in coordination with partners and allies of the United States in case of failure of the negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program, TASS reports.
“We are discussing it with partners and allies, including Israel and many other countries, we expect that it will continue in the light that negotiations are now stalled,” Psaki added.
The seventh round of negotiations on the restoration of the Iranian nuclear transaction was previously completed in Vienna. European negotiators decided to take a break for Christmas holidays. Negotiators previously confirmed that further work would go on the basis of documents that were developed during the six rounds by June 2021. It was noted that all parties seek to restore the CSPD in the original form.
