United States Suspend Help Of Georgia Due To “Law On Ino-Agents”

The United States decided to suspend the program of assistance to Georgia in connection with the adoption of the Law on the Law on Transparency of Foreign Infant. This was stated by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.

According to him, we are talking about allocating a help package worth more than 95 million dollars intended to support the Georgian government.

The head of American diplomacy expressed hope, the authorities of Georgia “will reconsider the law in order to promote democratic and Euro -Atlantic aspirations.”

He noted that in Washington they consider the actions of the Georgian government incompatible with membership in the EU and NATO.

Earlier, the opposition in Georgia filed a lawsuit against the Constitutional Court against the “Law on Ino -Agents”.
