Representatives of the US President Joe Bayiden warned legislators on secret briefings on Monday, that the second wave of Russian troops is likely to strengthen Putin’s position in Ukraine. This was reported by two people familiar with the briefings, reports UNIAN.
It is noted that due to their number, Russian troops will be able to break up Ukrainian resistance.
“This part of [Briefing] was discouraging,” noted one of the laws.
