For the world in Ukraine, a number of conditions must be observed, according to a researcher at the Hudson Institute in the field of strategy and state policy, Professor Walter Russell Foreign Ministry.
He shared his views on the pages of The Wall Street Journal.
The analyst proposed compliance with the following conditions:
Firstly, the conflict should end quickly to avoid growing destruction for all sides.
Secondly, the confrontation should end with the world, not a truce, it also applies to sanctions.
Thirdly, Russia after the completion of hostilities should not go unpunished.
fourthly, Western countries should think about creating a clear security system in order to avoid subsequent escalation.
Fifthly, the conflict should not end in the destruction of Russia, as this will lead to chaos and strengthen China.
