US opposed vaccine passports

The White House eliminated the possibility of mandatory introduction into the daily life of vaccine passports, stating that private life, and the rights of Americans should be protected.

The Russian BBC Service writes that this practice is discussed in many countries of the world, and in some places, in Israel, for example, is already widely used. Many governments believe that this is the fastest way to normalize life.

Opponents of vaccine passports call them discrimination, invasion of privacy and disruption of medical secrecy.

US authorities stated that they would not support the system that binds citizens to carry a similar document with them. At a briefing for the press, a white house manager Jen Psaki said that at the federal level there will be no databases or documents that could potentially be used against a certain category of people.
