US stopped guarding embassy in Kabul

The US Embassy in Kabul is not protected by the military, the airport will also cease to be the liability of the United States after the completion of the operation for the conclusion of troops and evacuation, the representative of Pentagon John Kirby said.

Kirby clarified that Turkish military assists in ensuring airport security in Kabul, but did not comment on their role in the future. Also Kirby said that the number of US military at Kabul airport was reduced by 400 people.
