The US Congress demanded that the CIA and other intelligence services make China’s main priority, reports Associated Press (AP) with reference to a number of sources who wished to maintain anonymity.
As the publication notes, congressmen are interested in the collection of information about the development of advanced technologies. According to one of the sources of the publication, various committees of the Congress want to improve the audit of how the special services spend the financial resources allocated to them to work in the Chinese direction, however, it clarifies AP, the information about how much funds are transferred to work against China is not available, since the budgets are not available US intelligence services are classified.
