US Secretary of State Marco Rubio discussed with Prime Minister Yemen Ahmed Avad Bin Mubarak a security situation in the Red Sea.
According to the US State Department, during a telephone conversation, safety issues in the Red Sea and adjacent waters, as well as the “threat from the Ansarullah movement” were discussed.
The interlocutors affected common concerns regarding the “illegal detention” by the Hussites of the UN and non -governmental organizations, including the current and former Yemenic employees of the Yemen Mission.
Rubio said that he was looking forward to the opportunity to continue supporting the Yemen government in his fight against the Husites.
