The United States does not plan to send its troops to Ukraine, said John Kirby, coordinator on strategic communications in the White House National Security Council.
“Nothing has changed regarding the decision of the Commander -in -Chief of the Commander -in -Chief Joe Biden that in Ukraine, American troops will not take part in hostilities,” he said, adding that the position has not changed.
