In Azerbaijan, there is currently no compulsory requirement for employees on holiday opportunities, the head of the State Service of Fuad Heydarov.
According to him, some are abused in the legislation of the mandatory requirement for release on vacation.
“a draft amendment to the Labor Code was prepared. The issue associated with vacation exit can also be resolved by mutual agreement of the parties. You can go on vacation either in the current or next calendar year,” said Heydar.
