Verkhovna Rada Of Ukraine Resigned Four Ministers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine during a meeting on September 4 approved the resignation of four ministers.

The Ukrainian parliament fired the Minister of Justice Denis Malyuska. 249 people’s deputies voted for his dismissal.

Malyuska was first appointed Minister of Justice on August 29, 2019 and reassigned to this position on March 4, 2020.

The Verkhovna Rada also dismissed the Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of Ruslan Strilz.

244 people’s deputies voted for his resignation.

The Striel held a position since April 14, 2022.

Verkhovna Rada deputies voted for the dismissal of the Minister of Strategic Industry Alexander Kamyshin.

243 people’s deputies voted for the resignation of Kamyshin.

He was appointed Minister for Strategic Industry of Ukraine in March 2023.

The Verkhovna Rada also fired the Deputy Prime Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olga Stefanishin, whose resignation was supported by 241 deputy.

Stefanishin served as Deputy Prime Minister on the issues of European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine from June 4, 2020.

The Verkhovna Rada did not support the resignation of Vitaliy Koval from the post of head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine and Deputy Prime Minister on the reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Irina Vereshchuk.

The Ukrainian parliament did not consider the resignation of Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.
