The Tiegran conference center took place with the farewell ceremony with Iran President Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdullahiyan who died as a result of the helicopter crash.
The ceremony was attended by temporary President of Iran Muhammad Mukhbir and Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bakiri. Türkiye was represented by Vice President Jewdate Jilmaz and Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and the delegation accompanying them.
Yilmaz and Fidan expressed their condolences to Muhbir, Bakiri and other officials.
The presidents and prime ministers of 10 countries and ministers of 20 countries took part in the ceremony. About 20 countries are presented at the level of speakers of parliaments or special representatives.
