Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks tomorrow with the head of the Azerbaijani State Ilham Aliyev, the Kremlin says.
Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev are planning to sign a declaration of allied interaction.
“Twenty-second February, negotiations of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin will be held with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, who will be in Russia on an official visit. It is planned to discuss the whole range of issues of further development of bilateral relations in the political, trade and economic and humanitarian spheres”, – The Kremlin says.
In addition, the implementation of the agreements of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia on Nagorno-Karabakh on November 9, 2020, January 11, and November 26, 2021, including measures to restore economic and transport links in the South Caucasus, will be considered.
It is noted that following the negotiations, a declaration on allied interaction will be signed, withdrawing relations between Russia and Azerbaijan for the Allied level.
