The State Duma Speaker Volodin demanded from Germany and France to the residents of Donbass after the statement of the ex-Chancetra of Germany Angels Merkel that the Minsk agreements gave Kiev the time to become stronger.
“After the recognition of the angel Merkel Berlin and Paris, there are moral and material responsibility for what is happening in Ukraine. They will have to pay compensation to the residents of Donbass for eight years of genocide and damage caused. But this is only the beginning,” said Volodin.
