Volodin’s hard statement: Armenia may lose state

State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin at a meeting with the speaker of the Milli Majlis Azerbaijan Sahibo Gafarova warned Armenia against attempts to involve the situation in the zone of temporary placement of Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh of European structures, in particular, the European Parliament and PACE. This was reported on the website of the Duma.

“Let’s proceed from the fact that there is a decision adopted at the level of the heads of state – Azerbaijan, Armenia and the Russian Federation. We will be guided by this and for our part to do everything so that these agreements are realized. And those who make statements to the side European institutions, can just lose the country, ”the State Duma website quotes.

“Wanting to involve the European Parliament and PACE, they must think and weigh 10 times, how it can end with the example of the same Ukraine, Yugoslavia, other countries. One who wants peace, who wants to resolve the situation, should not only stay away from these quadigarcies – both PACE and the European Parliament – but clearly understand that their retraction will aggravate the situation, create more and more problems. And if they do this, they should be responsible for the consequences, ”said Volodin.
