The volume of Russian oil and gas revenues in February 2025 decreased by 18.4% compared to the same period last year – to 771.3 billion rubles (about $ 8.6 billion), follows from the statistics of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
“The total deviation of the actually received oil and gas revenues from the expected monthly volume of oil and gas revenues and assessing the basic monthly volume of oil and gas revenues from the basic monthly volume of oil and gas revenues according to the results of February 2025 amounted to 2.9 billion rubles,” the report said.
It is noted that in the first two months of the current year, oil and gas revenues amounted to 1.56 trillion rubles.
The expected volume of additional oil and gas revenues of the federal budget in March 2025 is predicted at 57.2 billion rubles, the Ministry of Finance noted.
