Belgrade will send a request to the commander of the NATO mission to the introduction of Serbia security forces in Kosovo, said President Aleksandar Vucich. This is reported by the Serbian media.
“Resolution 1244 Security Councils of the UN confirmed that the agreed number of Serbian troops and police officers will be allowed to return to the Republic of Kosovo to fulfill their functions. But today there are no discussions regarding the return of the Serbian army and the police,” Vucich said.
He indicated that “he has no illusions and that he knows that the request will be rejected”.
