The other day in Nakhchyan, under the leadership of the Minister of Economics, Mikail Dzhabbarov, a meeting was held on the topic “Development of entrepreneurship in Nakhchivan: challenges and prospects.” The meeting took place as part of a visit to Nakhchivan of a delegation of representatives of government agencies and businessmen.
The event was also attended by the chairman of the confederation of entrepreneurs of the Nakhchyansk Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan Vugar Abbasov, representing the entrepreneurs of the Nar.
The Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchyan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan Foid Najafli and Minister of Economics Mikail Dzhabbarov, who performed at the meeting, have informed participants that such areas as improving management in Nakhchivan, increased transparency, efficient use of economic resources, and the development of the private sector are priority , and within the framework of targeted state programs covering and Nakhchivan, measures are planned for the effective use of resources, the potential of the mining industry, tourist, trade, transport, logistics, as well as the human potential of Nakhchivan, strengthen the business in accordance with modern requirements, increase the export potential of the region and T.D.
Minister of Economy Nar Tapdyg Aliyev spoke about the current situation in the economic sphere of Nakhchivan, the economic potential of the region, measures realized in the areas of economic activity and the business environment.
Vugar Abbasov, representing entrepreneurs of the Autonomous Republic, also spoke at the event. Along with informing about the economy of the Autonomous Republic, he spoke about the situation with entrepreneurship in the Autonomous Republic made to work, as well as his expectations from the state towards the expansion of the participation of entrepreneurs in the state economy.
At the end of the event, the exhibition hall of the Nakhchyansky business center was examined, where an acquaintance with the activities of several production enterprises took place.
